Periodic Tests/EICR’s and Landlord Safety Reports
We can inspect, test and certificate Electrical Installation Condition Reports (sometimes referred to as periodic inspections or landlord safety reports) for all types of installation.
We take pride in completing thorough and detailed inspections and testing. The safety of the end user, our customers and their properties is our top priority. Therefore we insure we complete every part of the inspection, testing and certification to the highest standards.
As of April 2020, it is now LAW for landlords to get an electrical installation condition report (EICR) completed every 5 years or after every change of tenancy. Bartlett Electrical Ltd can provide these services to both private landlords and letting agencies.
Prices for EICR’s do depend upon property size and the number of circuits, amongst other variables. Here is a guide to our pricing structure.
Up to 2 bedrooms, 8 circuits and 2 consumer units/fuse boards: £140
Up to 3 bedrooms, 12 circuits and 3 consumer units/fuse boards: £175
Up to 4 bedrooms, 18 circuits and 4 consumer units/fuse boards: £210
Price on request for jobs greater than 4 bedrooms, 18 circuits and 4 consumer units/fuse boards.
Should an installation require a deeper inspection due to poor condition, additional hours may be charged.
